<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having an improved fire retardant property at the level HBF, V-2 stipulated in the regulation UL-94 of UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film is equipped with at least one coating layer containing a flame-retarding agent and a silane coupling agent on at least one surface of the base thermoplastic film, and a binder resin is bound with the silane coupling agent in the coating layers to give a laminated film.
