<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation procedure manual preparation support system for extracting a template document used for preparing an operation procedure manual with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The operation procedure manual preparation support system comprises: a retrieval means for retrieving operation procedure manuals including a keyword from accumulated examples of operation procedure manuals according to the input of at least one keyword that indicates an operation procedure to be added to the operation procedure manual in process; a process evaluating means for evaluating sequence similarity by carrying out sequence matching between each of retrieved candidates of the template document and the operation procedure manual in process; a configuration evaluating means for evaluating network similarity between network configuration adopting each of the candidates of the template document and network configuration adopting the operation procedure manual in process; and a ranking means 225 ranking the candidates of the template document based on the sequence similarity and network similarity respectively obtained on the candidates of the template document to be used for the preparation of the operation procedure manual. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
