<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small winding wire component such as a transformer which has a low iron loss and a high permeability, uses a ferrite core having conductivity, and is suitable for downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: The small winding wire component comprises: a ferrite core 1 having a convex cross-sectional shape comprising a flat plate 11 and a protrusion 12 protruding on the center of the flat plate 11; a ferrite core 2 having a U-shape comprising a platy yoke 21 and leg parts 23 formed on both ends of the yoke 21; a bobbin 3 integrally resin-molded with the convex ferrite core 1 and comprising a lower flange 32 formed on the flat plate 11 of the convex ferrite core 1, a winding core 31 formed on the whole circumference of the protrusion 12 and an upper flange 33 formed on the circumference of the top of the protrusion 31; a base part 4 with an embedded lead frame resin-molded underneath the convex ferrite core 1 integrally with the convex ferrite core 1; and a coil wound on the bobbin 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
