<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload in specifying related document data. <P>SOLUTION: A document processing apparatus includes: a text document extraction part for extracting text information; a sentence structure analysis part for analyzing modification relations of a character string included in the text information; a logical structure embedding part for assigning a tag indicative of contents of the modification relations to the character string that the modification relations indicate, and embedding it in the text information; a document tag embedding part for embedding a tag for identifying a document name in the text information when a document name is included in the character string to which the tag is assigned; a user input accepting part for accepting input of the character string; a judgment part for judging whether or not there is a character string including a document name having modification relations with the character string the input of which has been accepted based on the tag embedded in the text information; and a retrieval part for retrieving an XML document or document data indicated by the document name when it is determined that there is a document name. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
