<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which enables the filling amount of a conductive material to be accurately controlled when the conductive material is filled into a through-hole. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar battery 1, the sidewall C of the through-hole 40 penetrating from a light-receiving surface A of a photoelectric conversion part 10 to a backside B is bent at a position X located at a prescribed interval away from the backside B.
