摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which enhances processing precision of a pattern consisting of liquid drops in writing step under heating, and to provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic multilayer substrate which enhances processing precision of a pattern by using the laminated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated sheet 20 includes: a carrier sheet 21 consisting of a polymer material; and a green sheet 22 laminated on the carrier sheet 21 while containing ceramic particles and an organic binder, wherein a liquid pattern P is written on the surface of the green sheet 22 by ejecting liquid droplets D consisting of conductive ink onto the surface of the green sheet 22 which is heated in order to limit wetting and spreading of conductive ink. Assuming the coefficient of thermal expansion of the carrier sheet 21 under heating isα1, and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the green sheet 22 under heating isα2, following relation is satisfied; 0≤α1≤α2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
