<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear unit capable of generating a differential limiting force according to an operation state. <P>SOLUTION: This differential gear unit 1 has a rotatable and revolvable pinion gear 22, a differential case 10 having a pinion support 12 supporting the pinion gear 22, and a pair of side gears 31 and 32 meshing with the pinion gear 22. A frictional force generated in a contact part between the pinion gear 22 and a pinion holding part 12 when a rotation speed of the side gear 31 is higher than a rotation speed of the side gear 32 is different from a frictional force generated between the pinion gear 22 and the pinion holding part 12 when the rotation speed of the side gear 31 is lower than the rotation speed of the side gear 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
