PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell for making a sample flow at a desired flow rate. SOLUTION: A resistance channel 15 is disposed between an inlet 14 and a measurement channel 17 via a liquid reservoir 16. Thus, by appropriately setting the length, width, flat shape, and wettability of the inner surface of a meandering groove 132 constituting the resistance channel 15, the flow rate of the sample passing through the resistance channel 15 is controlled.
