PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature fluid material transfer device for transferring a high-temperature fluid material such as a polymerized material extracted from a polymerizing tank while suppressing the solidification of the high-temperature polymerized material and avoiding the deterioration of production efficiency even if the solidified material is accumulated in the transfer device. SOLUTION: The transfer device 11 comprises a pipe 14 covered with a temperature retaining heat medium jacket 27 for transferring the high-temperature fluid material such as the polymerized material. The heat medium jacket 27 is composed of a pair of half-split heat medium jacket members 13, 13 forming a cylindrical shape alternately being overlapped with each other. The pipe 14 is inserted through the cylindrical heat medium jacket 27, and the pipe 14 is detachably connected to an extraction port for the high-temperature fluid material.
