PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch for porous processing which can efficiently form many fine through-holes, and can improve incorporation accuracy and processing accuracy, and to provide a method for producing a metal plate. SOLUTION: The punch 49 is constituted so that many cutting edge pats 49c are arranged in a comb-like shape, at one punch body 49a, wherein many (three or more) through-holes 52 are formed at once by incorporating one punch 49 into a punch holder 48. Thus, working efficiency is improved, the generation of an incorporation error is suppressed to improve incorporation accuracy, and working accuracy is improved. Further, fine through-holes are press-worked with high efficiency by the punch for porous processing, and the obtained article is utilized as a filter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
