PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable oxygen concentrator which can be portable when a user is out and supply the optimal amount of oxygen anywhere for use. SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator includes a pair of absorbing tubes for making a compressed air penetrate into a zeolite absorbent stored in a tube body and generating oxygen by selectively absorbing nitrogen with the absorbent, a filter means for filtrating the raw material air of the compressed air, a compressor means for obtaining the compressed air from the filtrated air with the filter means, a switching valve for supplying the compressed air to the pair of absorbing tube alternately, a container for storing the generated air, and an oxygen flow amount setting means for setting the oxygen amount supplied, and the compressor means is a horizontal opposite two-cylindrical form, and the oxygen sensor is loaded with an ammeter for measuring the current flow of the wire material and it is characterized in that the oxygen sensor uses a composite ceramic wire material mixed with LnBa<SB>2</SB>Cu<SB>3</SB>O<SB>7-Δ</SB>and Ln<SB>2</SB>BaCuO<SB>5</SB>in the wire material.
