PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin-plated steel sheet having excellent smudging resistance. SOLUTION: In the tin-plated steel sheet, a projecting part having height≥2 times of arithmetic average roughness (Ra) on the arithmetic average surface of the rough curved surface has≥2 GPa hardness measured by a nanoindentation method.
