PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-spraying device having a broad liquid-spraying width usable even in a raising seedling space having only a narrow spraying width. SOLUTION: The liquid-spraying device is structured as follows: a liquid-spraying tube 75 having a plurality of liquid-spraying nozzles 75a disposed in the transverse direction of a seedling bed 72 in lines is set up so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the seedling bed 72 via a transferring device 70 above the seedling bed 72 placed in a lengthwise long belt state so as to make seedling boxes charged with seedlings to be raised adjacent to one another at all four sides; and an angle-changing mechanism 76 for changing the attachment angle of the spraying tube 75 with respect to a longitudinal direction corresponding to the transferring direction of the transferring device 70 is equipped. The device is facilitated in change in the spray width for liquid fertilizer or water even when the raising seedling space has only a narrow spraying width so as to avoid waste of the sprayed liquid.
