The clamping body has a free wheel device, a cross sectional area (1) and two different circular curve segments (2,3) with partially clamping curves (31,32). The curve segments have equal radii (4,5) and centers (6,7) of the circular curve segments lies on a symmetry axis (9). An axial section surface of the clamping body is partly elliptical. An independent claim is included for a clamp bearing unit with an interior career and a clamping body arranged between an interior career and external career.
