Controller for a double-acting, pneumatic actuator, double-acting, pneumatic actuator, and method of operating same

The position regulator has two pneumatically impinged working chambers (15,17) and a mobile working part. The working part is displaceable for a position movement with a difference of pressure in the working chambers. A device is provided for adjusting a pneumatic control signal (S-1) for the former working chamber. The device is performed such that the adjustment of the control signal is not influenced according to the controlled another pneumatic control signal (S-2). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a double-acting pneumatic actuating drive with a pressurizing medium value; and (2) a method for operating a double-acting pneumatic actuating drive.
