The device (20) has a heat shrinkagable base body (21) and a stable sealing body provided with respect to its state of aggregation (22). The base body deforms the sealing body when shrinking and holds in a deformed condition after shrinking. The base body deforms the sealing body when shrinking in such a manner that a sealing function is provided in a radial direction. The sealing body is made of a flexibly deformable material or a plastic-flexibly deformable material or a plastic deformable material e.g. elastomer, and is made of polyurethane gel and silicone gel.
