<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a throttle body by only resin-made intake manifold for an outboard motor. <P>SOLUTION: This intake manifold 40 is attached to a side face of an engine 20 of the outboard motor 10 in which a crank shaft is vertically arranged. A flange 43 provided in suction pipes 42a to 42d of the intake manifold 40 is fixed to a cylinder head 22 of the engine 20 to connect the suction pipes 42a to 42d with suction passages of each cylinder. A passage from a surge tank 41 is extended by crossing a bottom face of a crank case 25, a throttle body mounting part 44 is provided at its tip, and a throttle body 60 is attached along the bottom face of the crank case 25. Bosses 45, 46 for fixing the intake manifold 40 to the crank case 25 are provided and are fixed to the crank case 25 by bolts.
