<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operative instrument for an endoscope which can never be used after used once, so as to perfectly prevent the fear of infection among patients caused by reuse. <P>SOLUTION: First and second members 11, 13 are arranged in a hand-side operation part 10, so as to be relatively movable to remotely drive a tip end operating part 2. The main agent and hardening agent of two-component adhesive which is not singly hardened but is hardened by mixing with the passage of time are adjacently and individually sealed and arranged 17, 18 between the first and second members 11, 13.
