摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam and manufacturing method thereof which can inhibit the formation of injurious materials as well as can reduce the compression permanent set and can lower the impact resilience by increasing the continuous openness of foamed parts. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting polyols and a polyisocyanate compound in the presence of a catalyst and a foaming agent. The polyisocyanate compound has an isocyanate index of from more than 100 and to not more than 140. The polyols use a mixture of two kinds of polyether polyols consisting of one having a hydroxy value of 30-80 mgKOH/g and one having a hydroxy value of 100-300 mgKOH/g, and of at least one kind of a polyester polyol between one having a hydroxy value of 30-80 mgKOH/g and one having a hydroxy value of 100-300 mgKOH/g.
