This invention provides a liquid material delivery apparatus which can realize detachment of only a liquid contact part from a body part in a safe and easy manner. The liquid material delivery apparatus comprises a liquid contact part and a body part. The liquid contact part comprises a housing, on which a nozzle and a storage vessel have been fixedly provided directly or indirectly, and a delivery member inserted into and mounted in the housing. The body part comprises a holding part, on which the housing is mounted, and a drive part for operating a delivery member. The liquid material delivery apparatus is characterized in that the delivery member and the drive part are constructed detachably from each other by a connecting member, and the housing and the holding part are constructed detachably from each other, whereby the liquid contact part and the body part are rendered detachable from each other. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
