An external lease investigating server through a non-faced channel is provided to perform a request for the lease investigation on-line when a client desiring the loan provides real rights granted by way of security. Financial company servers(200,600,900) receive information about real rights granted by way of security correspondingly to a loan request from a client, generates a predetermined electronic document with lease investigation result information corresponding to a lease investigation request result, and then processes the loan approval or interest approval according to the lease investigation result information. An external lease investigation institute server provides the lease investigation result information to the financial company servers. |
