PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality by reducing the occurrence of jaggy of an image and a change in an image color caused by image data subjected to GBTC compression processing. SOLUTION: This image processor 100 includes: a compression part 110 which performs compression processing of converting an RGB color system of image data into a YCrCb color system having a luminance component and a color component, converting resolution of the converted image data by conversion magnification of less than one time to perform GBTC compression; and an expansion part 120 which performs expansion processing of performing GBTC expansion of the image data subjected to the GBTC compression by the compression part 110, performing resolution conversion processing of converting resolution including interpolation processing in the image data subjected to the GBTC expansion by conversion magnification of larger than one time to convert the image data into the image data of the color system not yet subjected to conversion by the compression part 110.
