<p>This invention provides a method of treating cancer or infection by administering T cells transfected with T cell receptors (TCRs) which in their soluble form have a half life for their interaction with their cognate peptide-MHC complex chosen to enhance the avidity of the T cells for target cells presenting that peptide MHC complex while maintaining the activation specificity of the T cells by that peptide-MHC complex.</p> |
