A cooked rice and soup for men and women and a preparing method thereof are provided to prevent and treat male or female disease using Codonopsis pilosula root extract and Morus root extract. A method for preparing a cooked rice and soup for men and women comprises the following steps of: washing, slicing and drying Codonopsis pilosula root; boiling the dried Codonopsis pilosula root with water and filtering it; washing, slicing and drying Morus root; boiling the dried Morus root with water and filtering it; washing, slicing and drying Codonopsis lanceolata root or Angelica sinensis root; boiling the dried Codonopsis lanceolata root or Angelica sinensis root with water and filtering it; and directly adding the prepared Codonopsis pilosula root, Morus root or Codonopsis lanceolata root or Angelica sinensis root to rice or soup.
