A water treatment method and a water treating device thereof are provided to prevent generation of sludge through reducing a contamination index of evaluation by cutting bonding of water to be treated chemically. A water treatment method includes the following steps of: flowing a current into a separator current application tub; reducing concentration of residual chlorine by supplying water to be treated after reduction of a contamination index of evaluation of a cathode side of the separator current application tub; and oxidizing the water to be processed after electrolysis. The water to be processed uses commonly water with a protic amphiphilic solvent, and an aprotic amphiphilic solvent with a hydrophobic organic component. |
