<p>An antenna (20), including a planar dielectric substrate (22) and a conductive ground plane (21) formed on the substrate. A conductive monopole (30) is formed on the substrate and has an end point (36) located in proximity to a feed region (38) of the ground plane. A conductive coupling element (34) is formed on the substrate and is coupled to the ground plane at a coupling region (46) of the ground plane.
