METHOD FOR REUSING DISCHARGE WATER OF WASTE HEAT BY A WATER HEAT

A method for recycling the waste heat from the discharge water using a water heater is provided to increase the thermal efficiency generated in the heat exchanging and to suppress the scales at a cycle line. A method for recycling the waste heat from the discharge water using a water heater is as follows. The discharge water is supplied to a first filtering unit(110) to firstly filter a foreign material from the discharge water by a disk drum filter. The discharged water from the first filtering unit is supplied to a second filtering unit in order to secondly filter the foreign material from the discharge water by a filter media. The discharged water from the second filtering unit is cooled by the evaporation latent heat through an evaporator of the heat exchanger or heated by the condensation latent heat of the refrigerant through a condenser of the heat exchanger. The cooled flow of the effluent is selectively controlled with a first three way valve(151) of a cooling water discharge line. The heated flow of the effluent is selectively controlled with a second three way valve(152) of the warm cooling water discharge line.
