ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An electrolytic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress the increase of a leakage current by fixing the positions of a cathode terminal and an anode terminal. A wound type condenser element includes a winding part(1), an anode terminal and a cathode terminal. The winding part is formed by winding a cathode foil(3) and an anode foil(2). A separator(4) is interposed between the anode foil and the cathode foil. The anode terminal and the cathode terminal are drawn out from the winding part. The wound type condenser element is received in the case. The sealing member seals the winding part inside the case. A fixing member(13) is arranged between the winding part and the sealing member. The fixing member has more openings than the sum of the anode terminals and the cathode terminal. The fixing member fixes the cathode terminal and the anode terminal.
