An air-conditioner is provided to increase the producing amount of the water for electro-static atomizing efficiently by including an electro-static atomizing device. An air-conditioner comprises a blowing fan blowing air to a heat exchanger and blowing air inside at the same time. The air-conditioner comprises an outer sucking device, an electro-static atomizing device, a cooling device for water production, and a headrace. The cooling device for water production cools the outside air sucked with an outside air sucking device. The heat absorption surface of the cooling device for the water production is formed of a cylindrical cooling unit(425). The headrace induces the dew condensation obtained in the cooling device to an atomizing part of the electro-static atomizing device.
