APPARATUS FOR FORMING PANEL AND METHOD THEREFOR

A panel molding apparatus and a molding method thereof are provided to perform three processes of molding a plurality of base materials into right-angled triangular forms, molding into obtuse-angled triangular forms and pressuring to join them, thereby making panels within a short time. A panel molding apparatus comprises a first molding unit(100), a second molding unit(200) and a third molding unit(300). The first molding unit compresses a plurality of base materials and molds them so that the cross sections of them become right-angled triangular forms. The second molding unit compresses the base materials and molds them so that the cross sections of them become obtuse-angled triangular forms. The third molding unit straightly pressurizes the compressed base materials back and forth in order to join the base materials together.
