An information processing apparatus, a display data offering method and a program thereof are provided to make relative information between a plurality of users shared by unspecified individuals as maintaining the privacy of each user. A storage unit(102) memorizes the history information, which shows each user state chronologically, for each user. An evaluation processor(108) draws evaluation indexes corresponding to evaluation themes required by a display request transmitted from a display device(200). A relative processor(110) draws relative evaluation parameters showing the relation between users, for each user. A display data generator(112) produces display data in which the evaluation images of each user are expressed.
