PRISM SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A prism sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a curl of a prism sheet by improving luminance and minimizing moire. A plurality of linear prism patterns(11) is arranged at a single-side(10) of a transparent substrate by a certain pitch(a4). A linear prism pattern is made of a UV hardening synthetic resin, and the pitch of the linear prism pattern is 31um. The total thickness(T1+T2) of the linear prism pattern and transparent substrate is 68um, and the transparent substrate includes a mat layer(12) at the other side.
