Integrated optical construction element with photonic crystal

摘要

The image sensor has an optical structure with two sides, in which the former side is opposite to the later side. The optical structure has a negative refractive index and a pixel array, which extends in a pre-determined distance along the later side of the optical structure. The optical structure comprises of a metamaterial. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a microscope with an image sensor (2) a method for producing an integrated image sensor on a substrate (3) an optical device with a diffraction-limited optics and an optical structure.
