FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to removal or confinement of upper layer of liquid in settling reservoirs. Scraper comprises extended tension-transferring flexible structure of moulded elements, which are connected between each other in longitudinal direction. Elements are arranged with the possibility of rotation in relation to each other along axis passing in direction of height. Connecting structure comprises edge protrusions installed in preceding moulded element one after another in direction of moulded element height, and central protrusion in the following moulded element installed between specified edge protrusions. Every moulded element is equipped with rigid hollow body, which may be filled with air or floatable material.
