FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to the field of construction, in particular to production of construction materials and products. Device for preparation of dry construction mix includes frame with hopper for sand, conveyor belt with drive for sand transportation, above which the main comb is installed with drive of transverse movement, which is arranged in the form of inclined trays and is equipped with hopper for cement. According to invention, device is equipped with additional comb with hopper for cement, which is installed downstream the main comb along travel of conveyor belt with the possibility of movement in reversed phase to the main comb. On additional comb trays are mounted with trays that alternate by location of lower edges above conveyor belt and with shift of adjacent trays in every pair to the side of belt motion direction. Besides additional comb is reasonable to be installed at the distance from the main one equal to width of conveyor belt. Downstream additional comb across conveyor belt there is a ripper element installed, which includes set of knives fixed in front of ripper element and set of rods fixed behind ripper element. ^ EFFECT: provision of possibility to introduce cement directly into sand layer. ^ 4 cl, 8 dwg |
