FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing field of steel sheet and temperature control of sheet in the process of cooling-down. It is implemented systematic temperature control of cooling-down, beginning from the temperature Ae3 or more high temperature, during which there are repeated stages: preliminary definition of enthalpy of correspondingly austenitic phase - H and ferritic phase - H at some temperatures, definition of dynamic enthalpy - Hsys by formula: Hsys=H(X)+H(1-X) with residium of austenite (X) according to specified temperature distribution model, prognostication of cooling temperature by means of gradient usage of specified dynamic enthalpy relative to temperature with usage of dynamic specific heat. ^ EFFECT: accuracy increasing of model of temperature prognostication and temperature control of sheet steel. ^ 22 cl, 3 tbl, 9 dwg |
