METHOD FOR PREVENTING DISTRESS OF FETUS IN CASE OF PELVIC PRESENTATION

A method for preventing the distress of the fetus in the case of pelvic presentation provides for the baseline therapy. In addition, Actovegin is used at a dose of 200 mg (1 tablet) thrice a day for 4-6 weeks per os in combination with Cardonate at a dose of one tablet twice a day for 1-2 months starting from the Week 22 of gestation. Later on, the dose of the drug is corrected taking into account the findings of the instrumental examinations (echodopplerometry and cardiotocography).
