A method for making phytosyrups providing extracting raw vegetable material and separating the infusion with the extraction of the raw vegetable material carried out in two stages. In doing so at the first stage the raw vegetable material is extracted by an aqueous solution comprising 2.0-2.5 mass % of a food acid, and an aqueous infusion is separated, at the second stage the raw vegetable material is extracted by rectified ethyl alcohol for at least 30 minutes and an alcoholic infusion is separated, after what the aqueous and alcoholic infusions are combined and 36-50 mass % of sugar is added. Citric or tartaric, or malic, or lactic, or phosphoric acid is used as the food acid. |
