The invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for investigation of friction force in slippers – side supports of body on bogies of freight car at its rotation with respect to body of car. Testbench for investigation of friction force in slippers of freight car has rails, fixed platform, &Pgr;-like standpipe fixed on basement, bodies of vertical and horizontal loading, rotary with respect to vertical axis roll support, control panel, device for registration of results of investigations. On fixed basis placed lower than the level of rail heads, at vertical axis of testbench body of vertical loading is mounted, on its movable part basis of support roll bearing is rigidly fixed, in its center there is another roll bearing that acts as center of turn of movable part of support bearing, this has beam and holders at middle part of axles of wheel pairs of bogie, and cross beam of &Pgr;-like standpipe simulates construction of pivot beam of car body with toe, slippers, upper part of support bearing is arranged with possibility of turn with respect to vertical axis by body of horizontal loading with double effect fixed to non-rotary section of support bearing, and the rod is hinged to rotary section of the support bearing, at that to fixed part support is fixed for contact with lug of movable section of bearing, its position is determined by angle with top at axis of pivot of the bogie determined by area of contact between the slippers and the end switch of the body of horizontal loading. Besides that, testbench is equipped with device for centering and fixation of bogie with respect to vertical axis of testbench and device for pushing out bogie from testbench. Testbench for investigation of friction force in slippers of bogie of freight car makes it possible to reveal friction force in slippers and to determine value of that force, and moment of friction force at bogie hunting with respect to the body. |
