FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: stripper for oil cleaning from hazardous gases is related to the field of oil processing and may be used for desorption of hydrogen sulfide from oil produced in field conditions. Stripper comprises reservoir with supplying nozzles of cleaned oil and stripping gas, draining nozzle of stripped oil, nozzle for drain of spent stripped gas. Reservoir filled with oil creates stripper of third stage. Gas main of stripping has is supplied to the third stage, where circulating device is used, inside of which device is installed for bubbling of stripping gas. Gaseous stripping gas spent in stripper of third stage, via draining gas main is supplied to supplying nozzle of stripping gas of the first stage stripper. Oil draining nozzle from the first stage stripper is connected to reservoir of the third stage stripper via the second stage stripper, equipped with oil disperser. Bubbling stripping of hazardous gases from oil with the help of stripping gas is very efficient in multiple recirculation of water, since it provides for higher surface of phases contact. ^ EFFECT: provides for simplified design of stripper and reduction of its prime cost. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg |
