A space transformer and a probe card having the same are provided to reduce manufacture costs by installing a through hole and making the device simple. In a space transformer and a probe card, an interposer(140) is perpendicularly connected to a printed circuit board. A first side(151a) is face with a printed circuit board, and a space conversion board(151) comprises a second side facing the first side. A through hole(152) is penetrated from the first side to the second side, and a conductive film(153) surrounds the surface of the through hole. A first conductive line(154) is formed on the first side and is connected to the conductive film.
