FIELD: individual supplies. ^ SUBSTANCE: distribution device includes bottle, roller applicator in the form of spherical roller, and removable cap. Bottle features inner part and first end forming case for the roller. Case includes chamber where roller can rotate inside, with inner end connected via fluid medium to inner bottle part and including sealing side ledge inside annular groove. The size of the ledge prevents roller from entering inner bottle part under effect of force directed inside in axial direction. Also case includes opposite outer end of the size sufficient to keep roller inside, and side wall with inner surface passing between outer end and inner end. Roller features a section protruding from the case. The cap features element for shifting roller in axial direction towards sealing ledge. Inner surface of the case carries at least one fluid medium disturbance element on the sealing ledge or outside from it, including at least one 50-500 mcm high side collar functioning as partition between outer end of the case and sealing ledge, and/or multiple slits in sealing ledge, connected to the annular groove.
