A rotor of an electric motor is provided to adapt to the change of the external magnetic field by changing the wall thickness of a magnet ring according to the regulation of a sine wave. A rotor of an electric motor includes a rotation axis(7) and a magnet ring. A magnet ring is a hollow post surrounded with an external edge(1) and an internal edge(2). A plurality of external convexes(3) or a plurality of concave grooves are formed in the external edge. The external convexes and the concave groove have the arc shape. The central part of the external convex is higher than both sides of the external convex. The central part of the concave groove is lower than both sides of the concave groove. The plurality of internal convexes are formed in the internal edge. The magnetic ring is connected to the rotation axis through a rotor core(5).
