摘要 FIELD: heat engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in multipass air heater for expansion. In method of heating energy expansion of regenerative multipass air heater, including tempering of air in airheater with following particulate heating and cooling up to values, excluding temperature reduction of wall lower dew point, into cold section it is directed whole flow of tempering air, cooling is implemented stepwise in heat exchangers, which are installed forward the air, starting from cold section, heating from heat exchangers is passed to airheaters or other consumers through the intermediate heat medium, relative to which stages of heat exchangers and airheaters are switched across at heavy loads and sequentially - at minor, herewith at first there are loaded first stages, then following by means of increasing of consumption of intermediate heat medium. Device for increasing of heat power of regenerative multipass air heater contains in-series by warming medium of heat exchanging surfaces section, installed in withdrawal flue of fuelburn unit and tandem to each other by heated medium bypass boxes, airheaters, heat exchangers and pump, connected by pipeline to multipurpose accessories into contour with intermediate heat carrier, heat exchangers are switched into two stages of cooling, heat exchanger of the first stage is installed in middle part of cold section, heat exchanger of the second stage - at outlet from it, airheaters are included in two stages of heating, herewith heat exchangers and the first stage of airheater allow common contour with lines of consistent and parallel distribution of low-temperature heat carrier, and the second stage of airheater is connected and with specified contour and with heat supply system of power-supplyer. ^ EFFECT: more effective cooling of removed gases, increasing of work efficiency of boiler and increasing of its heat power at condition of absence of low-temperature corrosion. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
