The invention relates to the structural-adjusting elements of the tube mill, namely, to the classifying armor plates for lining the tube of rattlers with the ball grinding load. An armor plate has a supporting base and a curvilinear working surface with longitudinally located lengthwise the mill axis front and rear lifting lugs counting in the direction of rotation of drum, of different sizes in height, from which the height of front lug makes 0.1 of the height of rear lug, in the case the height of the latter is equal to 0.010-0.022 of the internal diameter of drum, and working surfaces of lugs and working surface between them are made with concatenated quadric surfaces in the form of parabolic, elliptical and logarithmic cylindrical surfaces respectively with the length of the surface of supporting base and the length of each of quadric surfaces taken in the ratio 1:0.13: 0.36: 0.21 in the projection on the horizontal plane counting from the front lug, in the case the working surface of armor plate from the side of opposite to front end mill is made with a ridge of height equal to 0.06-0.10 of the internal diameters of drum and working surface, which has inclination at an angle of 25-35° to the horizontal plane in the direction towards the motion of ground material. The armor plate of given design has uniform wear of the working surface, ensures improved classification of the grinding bodies and reduces specific power consumption, increasing grinding quality. |
