A green phosphor is provided to ensure excellent chromatic purity and short decay time and to be used for a plasma display panel for 3D implementing images. A green phosphor for a display device has a structure represented by chemical formula 1: Y_(a-x-k)Ce_kM'_xAl_bO_(3/2(a+b)).
