A cutting nozzle for charging fixed quantity is provided to pack products automatically and manufacture mass products by forming a plurality of valves, cylinders and nozzles. A cutting nozzle for charging fixed quantity comprises a feed part(10), a valve part, a cylinder part(30) and a nozzle part. In the feed part, a hopper(12) is formed. The hopper supplies salad raw material from the upper part to the lower part. The valve part is connected to the bottom of the hopper of the feed part. The valve part comprises an inlet formed at the front side and an outlet formed at the lower side. The valve part opens and closes the inlet and the outlet with a valve body. The valve body rotates with a valve hole pneumatic cylinder(25). The cylinder part comprises a cylinder(31) fixed to the inlet, and the piston formed the end of the piston rod.
