FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, namely, to safe syringes, and can be used in medical or dental surgery practice or for independent administration of a medical product so operating with a needle, can be protected from wound by a needle after its use. The safe syringe contains a cylinder, pull-in needle, a rod located in the cylinder with possibility of sliding, and the piston located on the extremity of the rod. The cylinder contains an agent of fastening of a needle unit with detachment possibility on the extremity of the cylinder opposite to volume to the extremity which leaves the rod. The needle unit contains a needle, the bush of the needle making single entity with the needle, the needle sealing ring intended for placing of the needle and the bush, and the needle cap intended for protection of the needle before its use. The rod contains the agents of gearing located on its extremity and intended for interaction with the needle bush for pulling-out the needle from the sealing ring in a syringe barrel after use of the syringe. The rod contains the carving cutting bush which has a multiple-start carving on an inside and when the rod with the attached needle is completely pulled in, than at least, one thickening, available on the rod, contacts with the carving cutting bush, blocking thereby the rod and, accordingly, the needle in the cylinder so the rod can be broken off, and the needle is kept in a safe condition in a syringe barrel. ^ EFFECT: obtaining of an additional agent providing a replaced needle and-or placing of a needle of the used syringe for protection against the casual wound occurring at undesirable contact to an open needle right after of use of a syringe. ^ 20 cl, 6 dwg |
