A main circuit terminal assembly of a vacuum interrupter is provided to cool down a main circuit terminal by arranging a heat sink with a plurality of cooling fins on a terminal block. A terminal block(4b-1) is electrically connected to a vacuum interrupter. The contact terminal is connected to the terminal block. A heat sink(5) is fixed on the terminal block to increase a surface of the terminal block. The heat sink has a plurality of cooling fins. The heat sink includes an upper heat sink block(5c), a lower heat sink block(5d), and a pair of lateral heat sink blocks(5a). The upper heat sink block is fixed in the upper part of the terminal block. The lower heat sink block is fixed in the lower part of the terminal block. The pair of lateral heat sink blocks are fixed in both sides of the terminal block.
