FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: blood velocity in the vessels of the uterus is analysed using ultrasonic doplerography at rest and after tests with vasoactive substances - acetylcholine and nitroglycerine. If blood velocity in the vessels of the uterus increases after more than 2-3 minutes and if return of the given blood flow parametre to initial values takes more than 7-8 minutes, ametrohemia is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method allows for diagnosing ametrohemia as a possible reason for chronic pelvic pain and can be used in the treatment process with the aim of controlling results and effectiveness of different stages of therapy. ^ 2 ex
